The Parts Warehouse Lead works closely with the parts management team to help oversee the parts warehouse to ensure parts are stocked, inventoried, and shipped appropriately.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· Help supervise warehouse staff and help with coaching/training as needed
· Schedule deliveries and help route drivers
· Make sure incoming orders are posted and stocked timely
· Make sure outgoing orders are pulled and prepped accurately and in an organized and timely manner
· Make sure new part returns are handled promptly and accurately
· Ensure all parts get shipped each day
· Daily inbound order check in and & receive into inventory
· Maintain neat & orderly warehouse environment
· Maintain proper safety policy/procedures
· Maintain warehouse equipment & schedule preventative maintenance as necessary
· Monitor no bin part numbers & assign locations as necessary
· Other duties as assigned
Education, Skills and Knowledge Required:
· High School Diploma or equivalent and 3 years of relevant work experience
· Must be organized and possess excellent time management skills
· Must be accurate with information and reporting
· Must be skilled in customer service relations and act in a professional manner in all facets of customer service including professional email etiquette
· Must have strong verbal and written communication skills
