Marketing Graphic Designer

In this role, you’ll play a key part in shaping marketing strategy, maintaining brand integrity, and producing impactful designs that elevate our products and services in a competitive marketplace.

What You’ll Do

As a Marketing & Graphic Designer, you will:

• Design engaging content for print, digital, web, email, and video campaigns
• Create marketing assets such as:
• Sales flyers, brochures, and newsletters
• Trade show displays, banners, and promotional materials
• Manager projects from start to finish.
• Develop creative headlines and ad copy
• Support strategic initiatives by preparing presentations and visual storytelling materials
• Manage updates to the website, intranet, and digital media assets
• Edit and enhance videos and photography
• Ensure all materials align with and protect McCoy Group brand standards
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners effectively
• Support marketing plans by delivering coordinated, high-impact communications

What You Bring

• Strong design skills and proficiency in:
• Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premier Pro)
• Familiarity with tools like WordPress, iMovie, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
• Knowledge of web design, email marketing, and digital content creation
• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt quickly
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities
• A customer-focused mindset with a commitment to quality work
• Willingness to learn about the transportation, trucking, and forestry industries

Work Environment & Expectations

• Office-based role in Dubuque, Iowa with regular onsite attendance
• Fast-paced environment requiring multitasking and problem-solving
• Comfortable working under deadlines and adapting to changing priorities
