As the Warranty Administrator, you play a central role in managing warranties across the organization, ensuring efficient processing of claims to recover all possible expenses.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage claims through the OEM process until payment is received.
  • Reconcile OEM credit memos and maintain warranty receivable schedules.
  • Close repair orders and refund customers as necessary.
  • Generate OEM reports and facilitate internal communication between Truck Service, Parts, and Body Shop for warranty work.
  • Notify the Service Department of any warranty changes by the OEM and act as a warranty industry resource within the Stoops group.
  • Ensure dealerships are aware of OEM warranty processes and rules.
  • Maintain an orderly workspace and provide high-quality customer service related to warranty services.
  • Ensure all aspects of the warranty process meet audit requirements.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Knowledgeable about the warranty industry and heavy-duty truck engine terminology and function.
  • Strong communication skills to promote teamwork and collaboration.
  • Efficient and organized with the ability to multitask effectively.
