We’re looking for a dependable, customer-focused team member to support both our Parts and Service departments. This position is a great fit for someone who enjoys working with customers, staying organized, and being part of a fast-paced dealership environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Assist customers with parts sales, orders, and inquiries
- Schedule service appointments and assist with customer write-ups
- Help coordinate parts and service needs
- Pull, identify, invoice, and arrange delivery of parts
- Assist service and parts teams with daily operations
- Communicate with customers by phone and in person
- Maintain accurate paperwork and provide excellent customer service
What We’re Looking For:
- High school diploma/GED or equivalent experience
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Organized, dependable, and able to multitask
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced team environment
- Basic Microsoft Office skills
- Parts or service experience is a plus, but not required
