Truck Country is looking for a Parts Administrator & Warranty Core Processor to support our parts operations by managing fleet orders, processing warranty cores, and ensuring customers receive exceptional service every step of the way.
What You’ll Do
- Process fleet parts orders received by phone, email, and online systems
- Coordinate direct shipments, returns, and warranty core processing
- Work closely with the Warranty Department to ensure timely and accurate core returns
- Support route customers with warranty and core credit processing
- Assist with incoming parts, inventory support, and daily department operations
- Build strong relationships with fleet customers and internal teams
- Help maintain an organized, safe, and efficient work environment
What We’re Looking For
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with a willingness to learn and cross-train
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly (100 pounds occasionally)
