The Sales Representative, reporting to the General Manager or Sales Manager, is tasked with selling new and/or used medium or heavy-duty class trucks.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop territory sales through various methods like referrals, cold calling, networking, etc.
- Demonstrate technical selling skills and product knowledge to deliver effective presentations.
- Develop annual sales goals in collaboration with the management.
- Possess a complete understanding of pricing and proposal models.
Qualifications:
- Skilled in promoting professionalism, adapting to changing priorities, and understanding company policies.
- Effective communication and listening skills, along with the ability to maintain accurate records.
- Organized with excellent time management and customer service skills.
- Ability to engage in business conversations with decision-makers.
- Capable of working under pressure, meeting deadlines, and handling multiple quotes simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
